Booking takes about 60 seconds: tell us the route, date, time and passenger count and you get a fixed price per vehicle. No deposit is taken, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before, and you pay the driver in cash, or online by card.

Do I pay a deposit when booking?
No. No deposit is taken: you pay the driver in cash on the day, or online by card when you book.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free up to 24 hours before the pick-up. As there is no deposit, you have nothing to lose.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 24 to 48 hours. We also take last-minute requests subject to availability, message us on WhatsApp in that case.
How will the driver find me at the airport?
They wait in the arrivals hall with a name sign, after customs. Their number is sent to you the day before.
What if I cannot find my driver?
Call them directly, the number is in your confirmation. In a crowded hall one call solves it in thirty seconds.
