Per vehicle. One clear price covers everyone travelling in the car, up to the vehicle's capacity, which makes us excellent value for couples, families and groups.

No. If your flight is cancelled or seriously delayed, contact us and we'll reschedule or cancel at no cost — we'd never charge for something outside your control.

Tipping is appreciated but never required. If you enjoyed the ride, rounding up or a small tip (around 10–20 dirhams) is a kind gesture, but our drivers are paid fairly either way.

The airport to Gueliz (new city) transfer is from €15 per vehicle, about an 8 km, 15–20 minute drive. You can book it on the transfers page.

Airport to Hivernage is from €18 per vehicle. Hivernage is the hotel-and-nightlife district next to the Medina, about a 15-minute drive from the airport.

The airport to Palmeraie transfer is from €22 per vehicle. The Palmeraie is Marrakech's palm-grove resort area (Palais Namaskar, Fairmont Royal Palm), about 12 km and 25 minutes away.

The Marrakech to Essaouira transfer is from €95 per vehicle. It's about 190 km / 3 hours through argan country, where you can stop to see goats in the trees and a women's argan cooperative.

Marrakech to Casablanca is from €140 per vehicle, around 240 km and about 3 hours by motorway — convenient for catching a flight from Casablanca or a business meeting.

The Marrakech to Fes transfer is from €260 per vehicle. It's a long, scenic day (about 7–8 hours) and many travellers turn it into a tour with stops in Beni Mellal or Ifrane.

Marrakech to Agadir is from €130 per vehicle, roughly 260 km / 3 hours via the High Atlas foothills — ideal for a beach break on the Souss-Massa coast.

Yes. On longer routes we're happy to add photo and rest stops — argan cooperatives en route to Essaouira, or kasbahs on the way to Ouarzazate. Just ask when you book.

Yes, one-way intercity transfers are perfectly fine — for example Marrakech to Essaouira or Fes where you continue independently. You only pay for the journey you take.

Marrakech to Chefchaouen (the blue city) is a long journey of about 8 hours, from €290 per vehicle. Most travellers prefer to break it with an overnight stop — we can plan that for you.

Yes. Our 3-day Sahara tour takes you to the Erg Chebbi dunes near Merzouga, with a camel trek and a night in a desert camp under the stars, from €280 per vehicle.

Merzouga's Erg Chebbi has the tall, classic golden dunes worth the longer drive; Zagora is closer (a 2-day trip) but the dunes are smaller and rockier. For the postcard Sahara, choose Merzouga.

Marrakech is served by Marrakech Menara Airport, code RAK, about 6 km southwest of the city centre. It handles most low-cost and international flights to the region.

Citizens of the US, UK, EU countries, Canada, Australia and around 70 nationalities can enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days, with a passport valid at least 6 months. Morocco is also introducing an electronic travel authorisation (AEVM/ETA) for visa-exempt visitors, so always check the official Moroccan government site for your nationality before you fly.

The currency is the Moroccan dirham (MAD). It's a closed currency, so you generally exchange or withdraw it inside Morocco — ATMs are widely available at the airport and in the cities.

Many tourist businesses, including us, accept euros, but for souks, cafés and small shops you'll want dirhams. You can pay your driver in euros, card or dirhams, so you don't need local cash the moment you land.

Stick to bottled or filtered water for drinking, which is cheap and everywhere. Tap water is generally used for washing; bottled is the safe choice for visitors.

Moroccans speak Arabic (Darija) and Amazigh (Berber); French is widely used in business and signage, and English is common in tourism. A few words of greeting in Arabic are always appreciated.

Morocco uses 220V with European-style round two-pin plugs (types C and E). Travellers from the UK, US and elsewhere should bring a suitable adapter.

Yes. Maroc Telecom, Orange and Inwi sell inexpensive tourist SIMs with data at the airport and in town; eSIMs are also available if your phone supports them. Coverage is good in cities and along main roads.

The Medina is largely car-free, so you explore on foot. We drop you at the nearest vehicle access point; for longer hops, petits taxis and calèches (horse carriages) are available, and we can pre-arrange your transfers.

Yes — Marrakech is the gateway to the Atlas Mountains, the Sahara, Essaouira and the south. From here you can reach mountains, desert and coast on day trips or multi-day tours, all with us.

Midsummer (July–August) can exceed 40°C in the afternoon. If you visit then, plan sightseeing for early morning and evening, stay hydrated, and consider a cooler day trip to the Atlas Mountains.

Light, breathable clothing that covers shoulders and knees is respectful and comfortable, especially in the Medina and at religious sites. Bring a layer for cool evenings and the mountains, plus sun protection.

Marrakech is generally safe and very used to visitors. Use normal city sense — watch for pickpockets in crowds, agree prices before services, and be polite but firm with persistent vendors or unofficial 'guides'.

Many women travel solo in Morocco and have a great time, while being prepared for some attention. Dressing modestly, projecting confidence, and using trusted private transport like ours helps you move comfortably and safely.

Tipping (baksheesh) is part of the culture: around 10% in restaurants, a few dirhams for porters and café waiters, and a small tip for a good driver or guide if you wish — always appreciated, never mandatory.

Haggling is expected for goods in the souks. Start well below the asking price, stay friendly and smiling, and be ready to walk away — a fair final price is often around half the opening one. Fixed-price shops and cooperatives don't haggle.

Expect tagines, couscous (traditionally on Fridays), harira soup, fresh bread, grilled meats and mint tea. Vegetarians are well catered for, and street food around Jemaa el-Fnaa is a highlight — choose busy, popular stalls.

During Ramadan many locals fast from dawn to dusk, so some cafés keep shorter daytime hours, but tourist restaurants and attractions stay open and evenings come alive with festive meals. Your transfers and tours run as normal.
