Airport to the medina: every option, compared honestly
There are three realistic ways out of Marrakech Ménara, and the choice is not really about price - it is about what happens if your flight is late and how much luggage you are carrying. The medina is 6 km from the terminal, about 15 minutes by road.

Both of the first two lines come from ONDA’s official Taxi & Bus page for Marrakech Ménara - the airports authority states that "a taxi station is located at the airport esplanade, the fares are posted in the Taxi Parking for all the destinations" and that "a bus shuttle service city-airport-city is provided every 20min". Note what is missing from the official page: any actual fare, for either. You cannot find out what the airport taxi will cost you until you are standing at the rank with your bags.
When the bus is the right answer
We would rather tell you than sell you the wrong thing. If you are travelling alone or as a couple, arriving in daylight, carrying hand luggage only and staying somewhere a bus stop can reach, take the shuttle - it runs every 20 minutes and it costs a fraction of anything else. A private car earns its price on the other trips: a late landing, three or more people, checked bags, small children, or an address the driver has to find.
