Do I have to pay a deposit to book?

No. No deposit is taken at any point. You pay the driver on the day of travel.

Booking is free: no deposit is taken at any point and you pay your driver on the day. Prices are fixed per vehicle and confirmed on WhatsApp before you travel. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up, and changes can be made within the same window. Flights are tracked, and airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of free waiting time.

What is your cancellation policy?

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing on your side. We track the flight number and the pick-up moves to the actual landing time, at no extra charge.

What if I cannot find my driver?

Call the direct number sent to you the day before. In a crowded arrivals hall a phone call resolves it in seconds.

How can I pay?

Cash to the driver in euros, dollars, pounds or dirhams, or by card. Online payment by card or PayPal is also available when enabled.

Are the prices fixed?

Yes, fixed at the time of booking. Traffic, waiting at the airport and the hour of day do not change what you pay.

Are your vehicles insured?

Yes, all vehicles are insured for passenger transport.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, up to 24 hours before. Message us on WhatsApp with the booking reference and the change.
