When you request a booking or send us a message we receive what you type in the form: your name, phone number, e-mail address, pick-up and drop-off, travel date and time, flight number, number of passengers and any note you add.

What we collect
Our server also records the IP address of the device that submitted the form. We use it only to block automated spam and abuse.
Why we use it
To prepare, confirm and carry out the transfer or tour you asked for, and to reply to you. Keeping the booking service free of spam is our legitimate interest. We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and customer-service purposes, and no longer than 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Who else sees it
The driver assigned to your trip receives only what is needed to collect you.
If you choose to pay by card, the payment is handled by Stripe and your card details are entered on Stripe's own page - we never see or store them.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Confirmation e-mails are delivered through our e-mail hosting provider.
The web fonts used on this site are served from our own domain: nothing about your visit is sent to Google in order to display the page. Two features do reach a third party, and only when you use them. When you type in a pick-up or drop-off box, what you type is sent to Photon (photon.komoot.io, an OpenStreetMap search service run by komoot in Germany) so it can suggest matching addresses; it receives that text and your IP address, and nothing else about you. If a Google Maps key is configured, the map and its address suggestions load from Google instead, which likewise receives your IP address. Everything else on this site is served from our own domain.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Your chosen language and currency are saved in your browser's own local storage. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
A session cookie is used only inside the private administration area, which visitors never see.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on your request.
Visitors in the European Union have these rights under the GDPR and may also complain to their national data protection authority. In Morocco the competent authority is the CNDP (law 09-08).

What personal data do you collect?
Only what a booking needs: your name, e-mail, phone number, pick-up and drop-off, date, time, passenger count and flight number if you give one.
Why do you need my flight number?
To track the flight and move the pick-up automatically if it is delayed. It is used for nothing else.
Do you share my data with anyone?
Only with the driver assigned to your trip, and with the payment processor if you pay online. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
How long do you keep my booking?
For as long as needed to run the service and meet accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or e-mail with your booking reference and we remove the record.
Do you use cookies?
Only what the site needs to work - your language and currency choice. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
Is my payment information stored?
No. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store card numbers.
