Taxi from Marrakech airport to your hotel
Give us the name of your hotel or riad when you book and the driver takes you to its door, at a price fixed before you land. Marrakech Menara is 6 km from the medina, so most transfers cost €15 - €18 to Hivernage and €30 to the Palmeraie. Hotels outside those areas are quoted on WhatsApp before you commit.

The price is per vehicle, not per person: a sedan carries three passengers for the same €15 as one. SUV, van and minibus are available for larger groups.
Hotels outside those four areas
Marrakech has grown well past its four classic districts. Route de Targa, Route d'Amizmiz, Route de l'Ourika, Agdal and the Route de Fès all hold large resorts, and the distance from the airport varies a lot between them. Rather than publish a price that might be wrong for your address, we quote those on WhatsApp: send the hotel name and you get a fixed figure back, usually within a few minutes.
As an example, the Labranda Targa Club Aqua Parc sits on Route de Targa at Douar Bouchareb, roughly 7 km from the airport - close, but in a district that is neither Gueliz nor the Palmeraie, which is exactly why we confirm it rather than guess.
If your hotel is a riad in the medina
No car can drive into the medina alleys. Every vehicle - ours, a petit taxi, anyone's - stops at the nearest gate and passengers walk the last stretch. Give us the riad name at booking and the driver goes to the gate closest to it, which can be the difference between a two-minute walk and a fifteen-minute one with suitcases. Most riads will also send a porter with a cart if you tell them your arrival time.

Do you drop off at the hotel door?
Yes, everywhere a car can reach. In the medina no vehicle can enter the alleys, so we go to the gate closest to your riad and you walk the last stretch.
What if my hotel is not on your list?
Send the hotel name on WhatsApp. Marrakech has resorts on Route de Targa, Route d'Amizmiz, Route de l'Ourika and Agdal, and the distances differ enough that we quote each one rather than publish a figure that might be wrong.
Do I need to give the hotel name when booking?
It helps a great deal. With the name we know the exact drop-off point, which gate to use for a riad, and whether the address falls outside the standard zones - so the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
