What the drive is like
The road climbs gently out of the Souss valley through argan country, then joins the A7 motorway near Chichaoua. It is dual carriageway almost the whole way, with service stations for coffee and a toilet stop. Most drivers break once, about halfway. The last stretch into Marrakech crosses the palm groves and drops you at your door, or at the nearest medina gate if your riad is inside the old town.

Agadir Al Massira has a single terminal, so there is nowhere to get lost. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall past customs, holding a board with your name.
