Taxi to Marrakech airport from anywhere in the city

We pick you up at your riad, hotel, apartment or villa and take you to Marrakech Menara airport (RAK) for a price fixed when you book. From the medina and Gueliz it is €15 per car, €18 from Hivernage and €30 from the Palmeraie, the same fare as the arrival run, in reverse. Tell us your flight time and the driver is outside before you need to leave.

Pick-up price by area

The price is for the whole car, not per passenger, and it does not change during Ramadan; a pick-up between 21:00 and 07:00 adds 50%. Luggage is included. 5 to 7 people travel in a van for the fare plus 50%.

What time we collect you

The airport asks travellers to be at the terminal two hours before a European departure and three hours in high season, when the security queue at Terminal 1 backs up. We work backwards from your flight and add the drive, so a 7 a.m. flight from a medina riad usually means a 4:15 a.m. pick-up. If you would rather leave earlier, say so when you book and we set the time you asked for.

Riads and the medina: where the car waits

No vehicle can drive into the medina alleys, so we meet you at the nearest gate, Bab Doukkala, Bab Laksour, Bab Agnaou or whichever your riad uses. Give us the riad name when you book and we tell you the exact meeting point the night before. Most riads will also send a porter with your bags to the car, and we wait rather than leave without you.

Outside the four areas

Route de Targa, Route d’Amizmiz, Route de l’Ourika, Route de Fès and the Agafay edge all have hotels and villas, and the distance to the airport varies enough that we quote each address rather than publish a figure that could be wrong. Send the name on WhatsApp and you get a fixed price in minutes.

Booking the return at the same time

If we brought you in from the airport, book the departure leg in the same message and we hold the time. Return trips booked together take €5 off the second leg. The driver confirms with you the evening before, so nobody is guessing at dawn.

Yes. Cars cannot enter the alleys, so we wait at the nearest gate and tell you which one the night before. Most riads walk your luggage out to the car.

Do you run at 3 or 4 in the morning?

Yes, at the same price. Luggage is free; pick-ups between 21:00 and 07:00 carry a 50% night surcharge, shown in the price before you book. Early departures are most of what we do.

Can I pay the driver at the end?

Yes. There is no deposit and you can pay the driver in cash, or online in advance if you prefer. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before.
